We specialize in the preparation of handmade and homemade pasta, based on natural and organic ingredients, such as farm eggs and flour.
Among our types of pasta you can taste Tagliatelle, Gnocchi, Stuffed Pasta and house specials: Tagliolini with squid ink and vegan Strozzapreti; each accompanied by the sauce recommended by Susanna, our Chef, who will prepare all your dishes directly in the open kitchen and where you can be a direct spectator.
Saffron, truffle, bacon, extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese will be the gourmet options on the menu, followed by the typical Bolognese, tomato and basil and seafood.
